How To Decide On Autoresponder Software For Your Business

Choosing which autoresponder software to use on your business, could be one of the most important task you will have to do as a business owner,as you know building your email list is the most important task in your business and guess what your autoresponder is where you store those contacts.

How To Decide On Autoresponder Software For Your Business

What is Autoresponder?

An email auto responder is the software program that takes over as soon as one of your prospects opts in to receive your freebie, information or products/services. As the name hints, it will respond automatically, sending the requested information, and whatever else you tell it to. when it comes to making the purchase of an email auto responder, there are quite a few options to choose from. You could even decide not to purchase one but instead use one of the many free autoresponders available on the web.

Free autoresponder software

There are a lot of free autoresponder software out there. Keep in mind, however, that the free autoresponders don’t offer many necessary features and they often make their money by sending out advertisements with your outgoing emails. These can be a good place to start if you are just starting to build your list but later on you will definitely want to try a more effective service.

For my opinion Mailchimp is the best free autoresponder software, although , I think that Mailchimp, is a nightmare and a disaster but i  still think  actually it is a better choice than other “free autoresponders”.

Paid autoresponder software

If you want to take your online business seriously i will recommend you to go with paid profesional autoresponder software.

If you’re just starting out,i will recommend to start out with either aweber or getresponse, these by far are the standards of profesional autoresponders.

Aweber gives you free first month (they need a credit card but they won’t charge it until you finish your first month) and  $19 per month thereafter. GetResponse gives a month free (no credit card required ) and then charges $15 per month.

I know that can be difficult for some especially if you’re coming from third world countries but if you can dedicate two hours per day i am sure you can make at least enough money to cover your autoresponder service.

To be honest i will not use  a free autoresponder  myself, i will rather promote directly the affiliate link until i make enough money to cover the fee or just find a part time job that can help me with the cost until i start making some money with my business.
The question you have to ask yourself is whether it can possibly be wise to entrust the safekeeping and security of your business’s greatest, most important and least replaceable asset (your list) to a company whose business model is that of being a free autoresponder.

I think that it’s generally right at the start of their internet marketing careers, when people understandably have the least judgement about such situations, and the least awareness of the facts and realities involved, that such mistakes tend to be made.

Some people  say “Well, you can always back it up regularly, can’t you?”. Easily said. What are you going to do with it, after you’ve “backed it up”? How are you going to import it elsewhere? Who’s going to allow you to import it elsewhere, and under what conditions? (People don’t always think about these problems).

Another type of autoresponder software i will not recommend to you are that with MLM integrated in them,i am talking about trafficwave,gvo/pure leverage this type of autoresponders their main business is MLM that means that they are concerned more as business opportunity rather than business tool.Just stay away from them.

If you’re a blogger and you want to get the best of your blogger i will recommend to go for convertkit,in my opinion convertkit is the autoresponder software that was made for bloggers,by bloggers. If you’re a profesional blogger that will be the best choice but if you’re a normal affiliate marketer or just starting out then go for aweber or getresponse.

Why Do You Need A Squeeze Page

A squeeze page, also called a landing page, lead capture page or power page, has one goal–to capture the contact details of the visitor.

Why Do You Need A Squeeze Page

An example of Squeeze Page

The purpose of this is to create a contact list of customers and potential customers that you can begin to establish a relationship with, and hopefully maintain that relationship far into the future.

How do you get someone to leave you with his or her contact details in a world full of email hpye and spam? You offer them something (free or charge) that they cannot pass up.

In order to do this, you must be very in-tuned with your target market so that you can pinpoint their needs and make it very easy for them to turn over their email addresses to you.

While it is true that your goal is to make sales, obtaining the names of people who do not buy from you is also important. It has been estimated that the average consumer will look at an offer seven times before purchasing.

But how can you remind them of your offer if you do not have a way to contact them? That is why squeeze pages are so important. But it is just the first step of the process.

After someone fills out your landing page, you will first hand them what they wanted when they filled in their contact information. You can then direct them immediately over to the salespage of your product or service, or you can decide to just keep in contact with the contact by email.

If you send out informative, useful information in your emails, someone is more likely to buy from you than if you just send out constant sales pitches.

Lead capture pages are essential steps in the overall strategy of any internet marketer. Some pay upwards of 25,000 dollars to have a landing page developed for them. And the average cost of a landing page is 5,000 dollars.

If there is one thing that you can invest in when it comes to your online marketing efforts, it should very well be the landing page. An effective one will allow you to earn back your investment very quickly and move into the profiting zone.

A squeeze page will do exactly what you want it to do, which is act as the passageway to your business by giving your target audience what they want. Obviously, the better the product you offer, the better results you will get with follow-up and sales from the leads your page captures.

There are many softwares that can help you to build a good squeeze page, for starters you can just google squeeze page software and you will get a ton of them, but if you’re just starting out i will recommend to check out landing page monkey or instabuilder as they are very good and you just need to pay once.

For those more experienced and have some money to invest my highest recommendation will be clickfunnel as it is not just a squeeze page builder but also it can help you to build any marketing funnel you want, but it is not cheap.

You will need to have an autoresponder so that you can insert a form into your lead capture page. There are many auto-responders to choose from with some of the most recognized being AWEber, GetResponse, and Convertkit.

You can set your auto-responder to send an email to the visitor as soon as he or she completes the squeeze page form, and then to continue sending out emails that will help build your relationship with your list.

The Process of List Building From Scratch

What is List Building?

List building is a method to collect targeted prospects who are visiting your site by offering them a decent quality information in exchange for their contact details such as email, first name, last name and their phone numbers, this is also known as laser targeted, responsive subscribers list that eventually becoming the key element to your success.

3 proven and effective email list building techniques

When the subscriber has confirmed his email subscription on your list, you can then start to send them the follow up emails in conjunction with relevant and useful content based on your product or services.

Affiliate marketers or any business owner are using different style of squeeze pages and opt-in forms combination on their site to capture potential prospects. You are able to generate the web opt-in forms from the autoresponder provider user dashboard and it is used for embedding into your squeeze page template either as a javascript or HTML codes.

Every moment when a visitor enters their name and email address into your squeeze page opt-in form, they are instantly being added to your mailing list system and instantly become an active subscriber you can follow up with them later on.

With the method of list building, you can potentially transform the confirmed subscribers into buyers, since once your potential prospect has been added to your mailing list, you are able to establish a relationship with them, that will encourage sales as well as repeating sales (which will add up more sales profit for long run).

Tools You Need To Build your Email List

Building a profitable email list building campaign is not to be exempted this day. To get started, you will need to make sure that you have the entire gadgets ready; as such you need the following:

  1. Professional Autoresponder Account

An autoresponder is an automated mailing list system set up with preloaded follow-up messages to be sent out on a predefined schedule of time and date.  This means that you can write all of your messages at once but have them drip to your subscribers on the date and time you specify in the system.

Being able to schedule all follow-up messages makes life a lot easier for an affiliate marketer because you can set it up once and for all to be on auto-pilot, so that you can spend the rest of your time and effort to focus on  driving traffic to your squeeze page in order to continuously expand your list.

Organizing your lists into each of their individual campaign will be able to let you personalize your emails so that specific information or topics are directly send to the targeted groups of subscribers who are interested in.

My most recommended autoresponder service are getresponse and aweber,by using their services, you are able to set up an unlimited number of mailing lists, each of them provides an easy customization options to fit into your opt-in form for your squeeze page codes.Just chose one of them and get started,to me they are both high quality services but for prices  getresponse is a little bit cheaper so if you’re just starting out i will suggest that choose them.

The autoresponder service provider you are going to choose will provide you with an account where you can log in and create unlimited email campaigns as well. This means it can lets you accommodate to a couple of dozen or more niche markets but making sure that you keep things organized and well managed to email your subscribers to avoid confusion.

For instance, perhaps you are interested in the fitness niche market as well as the weight loss market. You would simply create two autoresponder campaigns. One titled fitness and the other one titled weight loss.

You would create your content separately for these two markets, pre-schedule your follow-up messages in your autoresponder account and it would instantly send out your notices, news and updates to each group of subscribers on a predefined schedule.

  1. Squeeze Page

A squeeze page consist of your opt-in form with the details to present to the potential prospects being able to find you on the web, by evaluating what you are offering them in exchange for their contact information and making the decision to become an active subscriber of your list.

A squeeze page is very similar to a sales page in terms of its primary function is to pull in customers and motivate them to take further action, in this case, they have to subscribe to your list.

Highlighting the “Call of Action” is very important in creating high performance squeeze pages, and you must place highly appealing outlines and benefits to ensure that your visitors are guided fully to fill in the opt-in form; otherwise they will not be added to your list.

You need to clearly direct visitors to enter in their name and email address as well as instruct them to confirm their request to join your list (if you are using double opt-in).

One thing to keep in mind when developing your squeeze page is that it should motivate visitors in the same way that a traditional sales page should, however, the actual structure of your squeeze page may not be similar.

With sales pages, they are typically designed to offer as much information about a particular product or services as possible, since the main focus is on transforming a visitor into a buyer.

With a squeeze page, you aren’t asking your visitor to make a decision to purchase or commit to anything other than to subscribe to your mailing list where they are rewarded with a free product, newsletter or e-course.

Keeping this offer or giveaway in mind, when you develop a squeeze page, you need to have a strong focus on your market, and design your offer around an existing problem, need or question.

To come up with the best incentive offer possible, you’ll need to thoroughly evaluate your market, as well as competing offers so that you can create a relevant product that is in demand and will likely to capture the attention from your targeted prospects.

Squeeze pages should be designed to offer a clear navigation system, basic structure, template and a compelling deal.

To summarize, your list building process consists of three major parts:

  1. Squeeze Page With Opt-In Form
  2. Compelling High Quality Offer or Incentive
  • Follow Up Messages And Broadcasts

  1. Giveaway (Incentive)

Your giveaway is essentially, the most important element on your squeeze page.

If your offer doesn’t motivate visitors into subscribing, all of your marketing efforts will be lost.  This means that you need your offer to be of interest to the majority of your target market, rather than to a small group of subscribers.  The higher the quality of your giveaway as well as the more relevant your offer is to your market, the easier it will be to recruit new subscribers.

There are many different ways to ensure that the product you are giving away is of a high-perceived value by your subscriber base and likely to be successful in converting new subscribers.

To start, consider the different types of products that are being successfully sold in online marketplaces and create a shorter version of a hot selling product, and offer it for free to anyone who subscribed to your list. You may try to offer products with resell rights or even better a private label rights product will do good for your campaign.

If competitors are successful in selling a similar product and you are giving away a high quality product based on the same topic, imagine just how easy it will be to recruit visitors and subscribers to your site.

And better yet, what better way to begin building a relationship with an active subscriber base than by offering them something of equal value with no strings (or price tag) attached!

You could offer:

  • Free Reports
  • Free Ebooks (full length of leaked chapters)
  • Free Tutorial Guides
  • Video Tutorials
  • Free or Trial Access to a Membership Program
  • Free Booklet with “Top Tips”
  • Free Weekly Newsletter Subscription
  • Free templates or graphics
  • Free e-course
  • Free Audio Interviews, Lessons, Tutorials

The key to creating a successful giveaway product is in its overall relevancy and existing demand.

You want to make sure that your target prospect is actively searching for similar information, and that it is being sold successfully in the marketplace.  If you do that, you will have little difficulty building a massive list of targeted prospects who will be eagerly waiting to receive your emails and broadcasts.

If you plan to promote an ebook or e-course of some kind, a very powerful method of  building a massive mailing list while generating new business for your product is by offering a leaked chapter of your info product. (Preferably first 2-3 chapters as the preview copy)

By offering this free chapter, you are able to provide new subscribers with a preview copy of the quality of your work, as well as generate a buzz around your upcoming product launch.

If your product is well written, you will find it exceptionally easy to build a subscriber base of people who will likely purchase the full length version when it launches.

This is also a savvy method of creating a viral campaign for your upcoming launch as people pass around the ‘leaked chapter’ to everyone they know.

  1. Domain And Hosting Accounts

There are many different domain registrars available to choose from. Personally, I use namecheap . However, one thing to keep in mind is that you should have done a research as to the niche or market that you are intending to target on before registering your domain name.

Doing that way, you can register a domain name that includes relevant keywords pertaining to targeting the right prospects.

For example, if I wanted to build a mailing list that targeted the “web hosting” niche, I would consider registering a domain name that incorporated the keywords ‘web hosting‘, such as  www.Web2Hosting.info where I would offer free web hosting tips and articles over the website and also an opt-in form to capture the prospects. In this case, the domain and the content both speak directly to my target audience.

In order to streamline your ability to build targeted lists, you also need a web hosting account, making it easy to capture your visitor’s information, and add them to your list by showcasing a squeeze or landing page.

When it comes to choosing a hosting provider, you need to make sure that you go with a service that allows for flexibility and fast upgrades.

You can start out with a smaller package, and as your marketing campaign expands, you can upgrade your account to a larger package.

With your hosting provider, make sure that they offer the ability to use sub domains, so that you can create multiple interior pages for every squeeze page you create.

I recommend using either one of the following hosting company:

Developing A High Converting Squeeze Page

For the start, being able to convey your messages right with your targeted prospects and thus pursuing them to subscribe into your list is very much beneficial for your long term list building mission, therefore, you will need to develop an eye-catching and highly converting squeeze page.

By providing solid information, and relevant content, you will quickly begin to set up credibility with your subscribers and built-up a good reputation. Declaring yourself as the expert for anyone who interested in seeking for the high quality information and giving exceptional value is extremely essential for you.

Please keep this in mind when creating your squeeze page; a squeeze page is NOT designed to sell anything naturally. Its primary task is to help converting your visitors into confirmed subscribers.

All you need is either a simple HTML page or a blogging platform on your own domain website or on any third-party hosted free websites such as:

If you are going to use the WordPress blogging platform, there are plenty of free plugins you can use to automatically insert an opt-in form onto your website.  One of my favorite free plugin is:

If you are using GetResponse or Aweber autoresponder services, you may easily build the opt-in form from the user admin dashboard and they even includes the plugin for use on the wordpress blogging platform.

To help you making the most effective squeeze page possible, here is a quick overview of the most important aspects that you need to include in your own squeeze page:

  1. Compelling and Attention Grabbing Headlines

The headline of your squeeze page should be the very first thing that your visitor sees and therefore it needs to attract their attention, draw them in, generate subconscious, making them have more curiosity and keep them focused long enough to eventually become a confirmed subscriber of your mailing list.

Your headlines text size should be larger than the rest of the text on your page, and for increased exposure, consider adding color to your headline (preferably with H1 tag with red or blue colors in bold works well).

You should consider highlighting your headline and any sub headline that you use. You can use the  <h1> and <h2> tags to enlarge your text, which will not only help with capturing attention from your visitors but will also alert the search engine crawlers as the enlarged text is more important on the entire web page.

Center your headline within your template and try to work in your opt-in box so that it is close to the headline itself. If you are using a CSS based squeeze page template, your opt-in box could be placed in a right column or even better to place it just below the headline and outlines with a bullet list of benefits featured on it.

  1. Content/Body

You should keep your content trimmed down so that it focuses only on the most important information that you have to share.

Avoid wordy squeeze pages that offer endless paragraphs of information.  Your squeeze page has ONLY one task, to convert visitors into subscribers and so you need to keep it clear, brief and of course, exciting!

You will want to  do a couple of split test process for your copy (including lengths) to determine what will increase conversion rates, but in the meantime, here is a quick overview of how to better structure your squeeze page content so that it is easy to read, understand and encourages subscriptions:

  1. Use Bullet Points To Highlight Benefits

Bullet points focus on important factors and draw attention to the special aspects of becoming a subscriber of your list.

This is a great way to showcase the benefits of becoming a subscriber, and what they will receive, in return, for their subscription.

For example, if you were offering a report on the ‘Insider Secrets to Finding a Work At Home Job‘, your benefit list could include:

  • Find out how to land a high paying teleworking job even if you have absolutely no experience online!

  • Avoid devastating work at home job scams that circulating the industry and target people just like you!
  • Discover the #1 freelance website where 99.9% of new telecommuters are able to secure employment in their first week online.
  • Create a compelling resume that guarantees you stand out from the crowd and get noticed by top paying companies online!
  1. Retain Focus At ALL Times

Eliminate any external links and keep your squeeze page focused.  You want to avoid distractions or in directing potential subscribers to external websites (or even internal pages on your site).

Their ONLY option should be to subscribe to your mailing list.  You don’t want to confuse them or deter them from your one objective; that’s to be your confirmed subscriber.

Avoid navigation menus, widgets, plugins, or links to articles.  Your squeeze page should be a simple one page long, feature your bullet list, headline, opt-in box and privacy policy.  Avoid any confusion from the information or content that is not needed to grab the attention of your potential subscriber.

  1. Strong & Clear “Call To Action”

If you want your squeeze page to effectively recruit new subscribers, you NEED to clearly instruct your visitors to fill out your opt-in form and confirm their request.

Do NOT assume that people know what to do. Remember, not everyone is likely to know how to deal with mailing lists, and so you need to directly instruct them as to how they are able to gain access to your free, high quality offer.

Just on the next step, you will also want to direct them to confirm their request to your list once they have entered in their name and email address. (If you are using a double opt-in mailing list campaign)

If you are using a double opt-in campaign, you will NOT be able to communicate with any of your subscribers who have not verified their request, so make absolutely certain that you are following up and instructing everyone to confirm their email subscription.

(You can do this by automatically directing subscribers to a secondary page on your site that thanks them for subscribing and tells them that the final step is to check their email and confirm their request to join your list by clicking on the confirmation link sent out by your autoresponder system).

Your confirmation page should work just like your squeeze page, keep it clean and simple.  Avoid ANY external links at this point because you need your subscriber to follow your instructions instantly, eliminating any chance of them forgetting to confirm.

  1. Your Incentive Offer

In order to entice your website visitors into subscribing to your mailing list, you want to really take the time to consider a free incentive to maximize the number of visitors that you can convert into subscribers.

People are often leery about handing over their name and email address to a complete stranger. With so many Email Marketers spamming their lists with useless garbage, web users have become cautious about whose lists they join.

This is why you need to present an offer that is absolutely irresistible.

You want to stand out from the crowd by taking them by the hand and saying “Take a look at what I am offering you!”, and in case they aren’t listening, a free incentive just may be the push they need to motivate them to take the action and subscribe to your list.

It’s a very powerful way to generate a huge list of confirmed opt-in subscribers as well as begin the process of building a relationship with these subscribers.

When it comes to what you should offer for your visitors, there are many different products range that work well, depending on your niche market or content.

For the incentive, you could consider offering:

  • Free Report
  • Free Ebooks with either personal use, resell rights or PLR
  • Free Graphic or Template Packages
  • Free Tutorials
  • Free Sample Chapter (a leak chapter from a paid product)
  • Free e-Courses

You really want to spend some time evaluating your options when it comes to the giveaway (otherwise called a ‘bribe’), because it ultimately will be responsible for whether your squeeze page converts or fails.

When deciding on a squeeze page incentive, you want to determine what your target market is actually looking for, and simply giving them a high quality product that they can’t find anywhere else. Be always remembering to offer something that is relevant to your target market.

You can do this with a free report, ebook or a simple e-course that is set up to deliver training tools and resources on a weekly basis.

Generating Maximum Profitsm From Your Squeeze Page

Once you have your squeeze page up and running, done the setup of your autoresponder account, you will need to focus on configuring the email sequence that’s be activated the moment a subscriber opted into your mailing list.

Here’s how it works:

  • Your visitor fills in their information via your squeeze page and confirms their request be added into your newsletter mailing list.
  • Your autoresponder start the mailing sequence and emails your prospect a welcome email that you have written. Within a few minutes later of their subscription, the message sent out automatically to their email inbox.
  • Your autoresponder continues to email your subscriber on pre-defined dates and times, according to the follow-up system you have set up within your autoresponder account.

You can configure the delivery dates and times from your administration panel, and all the emails you have created within your autoresponder account is going to send out to all active subscribers on a regular schedule.

Example: If you create 4 emails that scheduled to deliver the follow-up messages on a specific date and time, it will do its work like this:

  • 1st Email: Instantly sent to your subscriber thanking them for subscribing to your list and provides the download that you initially offered on your squeeze page, usually a direct link to the download location on your website.
  • 2nd Email: Scheduled to send out on the third day after your subscriber has confirmed their request, and includes an email offering free content, extra articles or another report.
  • 3rd Email: Scheduled to go out on the sixth day of the sequence, promotional based, advertising a related product.
  • 4th Email: Scheduled to go out on the tenth day and so on.

The balance that you use, when mixing up free content with promotional based material is entirely up to you, however the more value you give to your list, the easier and faster it will be to develop a relationship with your subscribers.

Taking an aggressive approach to email marketing works for some, however for the most, it’s always best to step carefully, initially focusing on building a relationship with your list, and then doubling that up with promotional offers, or recommendations to affiliate based products.

Essentially, you want to ‘condition‘ your list so that they grow accustomed to receiving promotional based emails from you often.

It’s up to you to keep a pulse on your subscriber base, and find what works the best, how often you contact them, and whether they respond well to the products you are promoting.

Just don’t be afraid to experiment and test out new ideas and creative ways to consistently grow and keep up your subscriber base.

Here are a few ways to build the highest performing mailing lists, quickly and easily:

  1. Create Multiple Squeeze Pages

Rather than just constructing one squeeze page, consider creating a network of opt-in pages that cover various markets as well as the SAME market, but offering a different giveaway product.

By doing this, you are able to cater to all sorts of people who are not interested in one giveaway but would gladly sign up to receive another.  Plus, you can easily split test different layouts and templates by running various squeeze page offers at once.

Keep in mind that the more squeeze pages you have in circulation, the more exposure you’ll receive.

Note: You can use the same autoresponder sequence for all of your squeeze pages within the same niche markets, as long as you customize the introductory email so that it features each unique giveaway or offer.

  1. Implement Your Squeeze Page Into Social Networking Profiles

You should  add your squeeze page URL into your Twitter profile, as well as every other social community you are a part of including Facebook, YouTube etc.

You should start incorporating your opt-in form into your Facebook pages and there are lots of advantages of using Facebook as one of your list building campaign. Facebook has more than one billion users till today that could be a great advantage for building a decent list of subscribers.

If you use Aweber or getresponse, you could easily integrate the opt-in form into the Facebook page to start capturing the targeted prospects from Facebook members.

Here are a select few of the top social networking profiles:

Conclusion

Split Test! Split Test! Split Test!

Split testing your squeeze pages is the most important thing to build a successful list building campaign.

Regardless how well you design your site, or how thoroughly you analyze each section of your squeeze page, there is no way that you will be able to accurately predict how well your visitors will respond to your offer, without comparatively testing alternative layouts. You might be sinking in the deep blue sea.

One easy free way of split testing your squeeze pages and evaluating conversion rates is by using Google’s Website Optimizer, a no cost tool that will help you to run simple split testing for any websites you own.

4 Steps To Build Your Buyers List

Building your list is the most important aspect of your online business and one type of list you can build it is buyers list.

Many online marketers say that you can make on average one dollar for every subscriber in your list, that means that if you have a list of 1000 subscribers you could be making on average 1000 dollars per month, but if you have a buyers list you could making five times that money, you could be making at least $5 for every subscriber in your buyers list.

A buyers list is simply the list of persons who have brought something from you,and building this type of the list is one of the best kept secret on online marketing.

So how do you build your buyers list? Keep reading because in this post i am going to  show you how to market
yourself and pack your list with eager, qualified buyers, and make more money from your emails almost effortlessly.

Here’s how it works…

If you’re attracting buyers, then they have to “buy” something, right?

4 Steps To Build Your Buyers List

———Step 1———

You’re going to create a small report…  bascially a “mini product” and sell  it for a low price to boost sales
conversions. I’m talking about $10 or less.

We’re not talking about a massive course here, so don’t freak out. You just want to create an entry level product.

Creating your report should only take a few hours.

Just remember, an ebook is basically a collection of articles. So when creating a report, just compile a few articles.

Just make sure that these articles have really good information.

Your options are…

A. Write them yourself

B. Purchased articles with private
label rights

C. Pay someone to write them.

With options 2 and 3, you don’t have to be the expert or know anything about the subject. You can take on the role of “reporter” instead.

An additional option for creating content leveraging someone elses expertise is to interview someone.

You don’t have to actually talk to the expert, just send them a list of questions in an email and they’ll return them with the answers.

However, the “in” thing lately is to actually talk to someone on the phone and turn it into an audio MP3. This has  more  value than a written document or PDF.

But again, that’s optional.

Ok, so skipping ahead…

You’ve chosen a hot topic to create your short report.

———Step 2———

It’s time to setup a sales page that convinces browsers to become  buyers.

So again, you have options…

1. Do it yourself
2. Pay someone else to do it

You can find copywriters who will  do a decent job for as low as $200. *Take a look around the Warrior
Forum (warriorforum.com) in the  “for hire” section, “copywriters” section, or even in the “Warrior  Special Offer” section.
———Step 3———

Time to set it up so that you can take orders.

This is super easy.

Just go to http://PaySpree.com

PaySpree makes it dead easy to setup an affiliate program and sell and deliver digital products through PayPal.

You can setup your first product at no cost, plus you can protect your download and easily get  your customers onto your email list!

Once you get your product setup, you’ll get an order link and order buttons to place on your sales page (copy n paste easy).

Plus… you get an affiliate page to put your promotional tools on and to send affiliates to, to get their affiliate link.

Side note – you can set commissions up to 100%.

[hint, hint]

You’re going to find affiliates and convince them to send you traffic for instant 100% commissions.

Giving 100% is attractive and many will say “yes” if you’re report is quality.

It’s worth giving away the front end profits because you’re getting  “buyers” on your list.

You’ll have multiple chances to make profits from them in the future (as long as they stay on your list).

———Step 4———

In this step, I’m going to give you a step by step plan for finding  affiliates.

Here’s how it works…

1. Go to Google and type in the primary keyword or phrase that  your target audience would most likely use to find your product.

2. Visit the Top 10 to 20 websites  that show up on the first two pages of results. These are the sites that are getting the most traffic.

3. Make note of the sites that are selling a “similar”, but not “exact” product like yours.

For example, if your ebook/report is about exercises that you can do  at home and one of the sites you  visit sells an ebook on nutrition, they’re a perfect candidate.

You’re both in the Fitness niche but not directly competing with each other.

They get extra points if you see a newsletter subscription form on the site. This means they have built-in, targeted traffic that you can leverage!

4. Find their contact information and send them an email, or postal letter, introducing yourself and your  product/website, along with how you found them.

Tell them a little about your product and how it compliments  theirs and that you would like to propose a mutually profitable joint venture.

Then ask them to contact you for more details. That’s it.

The “1st contact” is just about getting them to respond, so make it short.

When they contact you, explain  your proposal.

Tell them how your ebook will benefit their customers. Offer to send a complimentary review copy of your ebook to see for themselves.

Then, if they’re happy with the ebook and think it’s a good fit for their customers/subscribers, you’ll be happy to share 100% of  the profits for every sale they  refer.

If they agree, the next step is to send them the “affiliate page”  address that PaySpree provides to  you that will  contain their unique  affiliate link and any promotional  materials.

If all goes well, you could have  sales (and buyers on your list) in  as little as 24 hours… depending  on how quick your affiliate partner promotes your ebook.

Your next step?

Rinse and repeat!

Buying Domain Name The Right Way

Buying Domain Name The Right Way

When it comes to making your online presence professional buying domain name is one of the best things you can do for your online business. With so many free options available online, many people mistakenly think that they will be just as successful (and save money) by going the free route, but there are a few problems with that line of thought.

For one thing, when you are relying on a free blog, no matter which platform you are using, you don’t own a thing. If the service that provides the blog, say WordPress, decides that they don’t like something about your blog, they can shut it down and they don’t have to let you know they are doing it or why they are doing it.

Another problem using the free methods is that you can’t get a good domain name. You want your own unique domain name not a hybrid name tacked on to the end of the free service you’re using, it just looks more professional to have your own name.

Domain names are inexpensive and easy to buy so there’s really no reason to not buy your own. With sites like GoDaddy.com and namecheap plus many more, you can get a domain name for as cheap as $10 a year or if you buy many at once you can get the price down to less than $7 a piece per year.

Besides establishing your online presence and creating a professional look, when you buy your own domain name you can actually flip your website and sell it. It’s the same concept as when someone buys a house, fixes it up and sells it for a profit. There are sites online that will allow you to place your site up for sale, Flippa.com is one of those sites.

Just buy a good domain name, put up a site, get some traffic (and hopefully some sales) than list it on Flippa and make some money. Think about it, if you only paid $10 for a domain name and a little bit for hosting, and then you sold the site for only $200 that would be a pretty nice profit for such a quick and easy sale.

When it comes time to picking out your domain name there is a few simple things to keep in mind:

1. Do keyword research to find a list of keywords associated with your niche that get a lot of traffic every month. Then try to get one of those keywords, exactly, as your domain name. For example, in the niche for cat toys let’s say I found a great keyword that gets a lot of monthly searches without too much competition: cheap cat toys. Than I would want to use that as my domain: CheapCatToys.com. That way my domain name is a highly searched for keyword which will guarantee quite a bit of free, highly targeted, traffic.

2. If all of your marketing efforts are going to be online I wouldn’t worry too much about the extension. I’ve had equally good luck using a .com, .net, or .org. All my marketing efforts are with PPC or article marketing so no one needs to type in my domain name, they just click on a link which is why I don’t think the extensions matter too much. If you are going to be marketing in such a way that people would have to actually type in the domain name to find your site, it may make more of a difference.

Treat your online business like a business and establish your online presence and professionalism by buying domain name. The cheap route can work in a pinch but as soon as you can afford $10 or so, buy your own name.

7 Ways To Make Money From Your opt-in list

An opt-in list is the most important asset of your online  can be quite crucial to any site or internet based company.

Even for a small venture such as a niche profit site an opt-in list can make a world of difference and also add some extra income for your pocket. Rarely would you see an e-commerce site, big or small, that is without an opt-in list.

An opt-in list allows for a company to market their wares and site via an e-mail. With an opt-in list, a site and a subscriber consents to sending and receiving a newsletter from your company. Through this, you can keep your subscribers abreast of what is currently available in your site as well as whatever is coming out.

And because there is mutual consent between the two parties, any mail sent to the list is not considered as spam mail. There is a great number of successfully read promotional materials such as catalogs, newsletters and such that are sent because the subscribers themselves have signed up for them, meaning, they do want to be sent those items.

Building a list is crucial, only a small percentage actually subscribes for an opt-in list. Many people find promotional mails annoying but of you provide a good newsletter or promotional material,  you will see your list build up and grow. You can also achieve this by having good content on your site. If people like what they see and read on your site, then they surely would want more. Newsletters would be a way to attract them back to your site. A little teaser or appetizer if you will.

But other than marketing your wares and your services, an opt-in list can also be used to earn extra profit. Not all lists can be used though. It would be good to first build a successful list with a huge number of subscribers. The more subscribers you have, the more money you can get. Here are seven ways to make money using nothing more than your list.

  • Place advertisements. There are many corporations who will be willing to pay to put their banners and ads on a list with many subscribers. Selling or renting out lists is not a good idea so rather than doing that, many companies would just rather place ads with lists that have a huge subscriber base. Your newsletter could be placed with many ads and each one spells money.

  • Have affiliations with other companies that have at least a semblance or relation to what your site is about. Here other companies will provide links and brief descriptions of what they offer, products and services. With every click made on the link that directs or leads a subscriber from your list to their site, the company will pay you. This P4P or pay for performance.
  • Make deals with other companies by asking for a small percentage of sales done through your list. With every sale done by customers that have come from your list and have gone there because of your newsletter, the other company will pay you a small percentage of your sales. The more people who buys from them, the more earnings you get.
  • You may also get products from other sites on a consignment basis and sell them to your list via your newsletter. Place descriptions, articles and photos of the product in your newsletter. There will be those who will buy from you and when that happens, you can order the product from the other site and sell it to your buyer.
  • Sell e-books or a compilation of your articles on your list. Manuals and how-to articles are in great demand. Many people will be willing to shell out money to gain knowledge about a certain topic and subject. With your existing list trusting your expertise in that area, an e-book could be offered and sold or used as an incentive.
  • Create a network out of your list. Get people to invite more people to view your site and subscribe to your list. The larger your list is, the more people will be able to click on your links and affiliate links as well as make your advertisement rates higher.
  • Subscribers are willing to pay for information if they know that it can be trusted and relied upon. Use your list to get more and more people to subscribe to you as well as browse your site. Lastly, you can use your list to earn money by making them your partners. Your list will be the bloodline of your growth and increase.

Building Your Mailing List with Downloads

A mailing list is the lifeblood of your online business. The old adage “the money is in the list” cannot be true enough — if you had a targeted list of prospects to contact each time you have a new product, you will be able to save a lot of effort by marketing it to your existing list of targeted prospects.

You can actually build up a targeted list of prospects that are interested in your products by offering a relevant download on your website. For example, let’s take a look at a very good example — apple.com. When you download the free iTunes and Quicktime software from their site, they will ask you to fill in an optional name and email form so that they can send you offers on songs that you can purchase via — guess where — iTunes!

In reality, you do not need to offer such a “heavyweight” download such as a full-feature software like iTunes. You can attract prospects equally well with some quality freebies such as a simple report, a free wallpaper, and so on. The important thing is that your download offers enough value for the prospect to be willing to give away his/her own email address to get it.

However, slapping together a simple download and putting a link on your website won’t be enough to attract qualified prospects. You will have to do some homework in order for your lead-generating mechanism to work well for you.

First of all, you must place your download form prominently on your website. Preferably, dedicate a page to it and link to that page from every other page of your website. That way, there is no way your visitors cannot find the download page, and when they do, you’ll get some of them converted into your prospects!

Also, you have to put a little effort into promoting your download. Explain and elaborate on the values of the download, and why your visitors should download it. You might think why would anyone want to pass on a freebie, but most of your visitors would be too lazy to take the effort to download it because most of their downloads just sit on the harddisk collecting virtual dust. It is hence important to show your visitors why they should download your freebie.
